Pelaksanaan Kegiatan Sosialisasi Laporan Pertanggungjawaban BOP APBD Tahun 2023 Bidang Pembinaan PAUD dan PNF pada Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat (PKBM) Dinas Pendidkan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Indramayu
Kegiatan sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan di Gedung Pertemuan SMK PGRI Gantar pada hari Kamis, 15 Juni 2023. Acara dilaksanakan pada pukul 11.15 diikuti oleh 15 peserta dari seluruh perwakilan PKBM di Eks Kawedanan Kandanghaur, Eks Kawedanan Losarang, dan Eks Kawedanan Haurgeulis. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Ibu Sri Purnamasari, S.Pd. selaku Kasi Sarana Prasarana PAUD dan PNF, Bapak H. Wawan Ridwan, SH., Bapak Heri Haryono, SH., dan Bapak Ahmad Sartono. Acara dibuka oleh Sri Purwaningsih dengan menyoroti beberapa hal, yakni kedisiplinan dan kekompakan para pengurus PKBM dalam berkegiatan. Salah satu yang menjadi penekanan dalam kedisiplinan, disampaikan oleh Ibu Sri Purwaningsih adalah kedisiplinan untuk hadir tepat waktu sesuai dengan undangan yang diberikan. Disampaikan juga agar PKBM memiliki seragam yang dapat digunakan pada saat acara atau kegiatan untuk menumbuhkan kekompakan dan identitas institusi. Berikutnya, pada saat memberikan sambutan Wawan Ridwan memaparkan materi tentang pembuatan laporan pertanggungjawaban BOP APBD atau sering disebut program JA-KET Tahun 2023. Disampaikan juga bahwa hasil penilaian kinerja oleh inspektorat berkaitan dengan program JA-KET berdasarkan hasil sampling dan laporan BOP yang telah diserahkan dengan nilai B. Dalam penjelasannya, disampaikan bahwa indikator utama keberhasilan program jaket dalam peningkatan indeks pembangunan manusia (IPM) adalah peningkatan rata-rata lama sekolah penduduk Indramayu. Pada tahun ini IPM Indramayu naik 0,13 poin dari target 6,70 menjadi 6,83. Menurutnya, peningkatan IPM yang belum signifikan ini dimungkinkan terjadi karena sampling biasanya hanya dilakukan dari Kartu Keluarga (KK). Sedangkan perubahan atau pembaruan KK tidak selalu update ketika anggota keluarga telah menempuh satu jenjang pendidikan. Untuk itu akan dilakukan kolaborasi dengan dinas kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil (Disdukcapil) agar IPM dapat selalu ter-update. Dalam kaitan laporan pertanggungjawaban BOP program JA-KET, Wawan Ridwan menyampaikan bahwa penekanan laporan penggunaan dana BOP meliputi dua komponen saja, yakni komponen pelaksanaan evaluasi/assesmen pembelajaran dan bermain, dan komponen pelaksanaan administrasi kegiatan satuan pendidikan. Sementara itu, Ahmad Sartono dalam sambutannya menekankan tentang pentingnya laporan pertanggungjawaban BOP program JA-KET. Dalam kesempatan tersebut juga dipaparkan tentang program PIP, Ujian Kelulusan, dan Kesetaraan, serta ijasah. Sementara itu, Heri Haryono dalam sambutannya menyampaikan tentang pentingya penyaluran dana BOP serta laporan pertanggungjawabannya baik secara online maupun fisik. Disampaikan pula bahwa pencairan dana BOP tahap 2 akan dapat dilakukan apabila laporan online dari penyaluran dana BOP tahap 1 minimal 50% telah dientri di aplikasi sesuai dengan juknis. Untuk itu diharapkan agar seluruh pengurus PKBM agar mendisiplini jadwal dan tenggat waktu yang telah ditetapkan demi kelancaran program tersebut.

Kegiatan pembinaan dan sosialisasi ini dilaksanakan pada hari Senin, 15 Mei 2023 pada pukul 09.15 sampai dengan 12.00 bertempat di Aula Kantor Dinas Pendidikan Indramayu yang diikuti oleh seluruh perwakilan PKBM di Indramayu. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Bapak H. Mardono, S.E., M.Si selaku Kabid PAUD dan PNF, dan Ibu Atun Tunirah, S.Pd. Kasi Peserta Didik dan Pembangunan Karakter, serta Bapak H. Amirudin selaku Ketua Forum Komunikasi PKBM Indramayu. Kegiatan yang sebelumnya direncanakan akan dihadiri oleh Bupati Indramayu Ibu Hj. Nina Agustina, S.H., C.R.A. ini dibuka oleh H. Mardono, S.E., M.Si. selaku Kabid PAUD dan PNF. Dalam sambutannya H. Mardono menyampaikan pesan dari Ibu Nina Agustina, permohonan maaf karena tidak dapat hadir dalam acara tersebut karena ada agenda kegiatan lain yang tidak bisa ditinggalkan. Disampaikan juga pesan agar seluruh PKBM selalu semangat dalam mensukseskan program JAKET yang merupakan program unggulan dari Ibu Nina. Mardono pun berharap agar seluruh PKBM berdisiplin dan kompak serta selalu berkomunikasi demi meraih kesuksesan bersama dan terlaksananya seluruh program PKBM. Tentang program “Top Sadasa” yang sedang dalam proses pelaksanaan, H. Mardono menyampaikan agar dipersiapkan dan dimanfaatkan dengan sebaik-baiknya dengan menampilkan produk-produk unggulan PKBM selain pembelajaran. Acara dilanjutkan dengan ekspose program JAKET yaitu penyampaian secara jelas tentang landasan hukum program JAKET dan indikator utamanya serta alokasi penggunaan dana dari program Jaket. Dalam kesempatan yang sama, H. Amirudin selaku Ketua Forum Komunikasi PKBM Indramayu meminta kepada seluruh PKBM untuk selalu berdisiplin dalam setiap kegiatan. Hal ini menurutnya penting dalam rangka kelancaran penyelenggaraan program-program PKBM, termasuk didalamnya penyelenggaraan program JAKET. Dicontohkan kedisiplinan dalam administrasi turut memperlancar proses pencairan dana untuk membiayai kegiatan atau operasional PKBM. Pada kesempatan ini juga hadir Kasi Peserta Didik dan Pembangunan Karakter Atun Tunirah, S.Pd. yang menyampaikan tentang jadwal dan teknis pelaksanaan program Top Sadasa. Disampaikan bahwa program ini akan dilaksanakan secara bergiliran dalam waktu yang cukup lama yakni antara 10 sampai 20 hari di setiap titik tempat pelaksanaan. Lebih lanjut disampaikan bahwa pada program Top Sadasa, telah disiapkan tempat khusus bagi PKBM yang dapat dimanfaatkan untuk melakukan sosialisasi terhadap masyarakat tentang berbagai kegiatan PKBM termasuk produk-produk unggulannya. Untuk itu diharapkan oleh Atun Tunirah agar seluruh PKBM untuk segera berkoordinasi demi terlaksananya program ini dengan sebaik-baiknya.
